The Print Revenue Management System Hardware

Atrix International  provides a patented small controller unit that contains a small  low power microcontroller and dedicated RAM that stores a large number of user account codes and interfaces directly with copiers and microfilm/fiche reader-printers.  The controller uses a keypad, numeric or alpha-numeric, for user interface and keeps track of when the user has entered their unique ID code in to the system and how many copies were made when that code was active.  This information is stored until retrieved either across a dedicated RS485 network or by a simple download to a laptop.  The RS485 network can be run on existing Cat X Ethernet lines.

The R3 controller unit is able to connect to an RS485 network, which is  great for county offices and law firms where the copiers are located in one facility.
