Wintrax3

Wintrax 3 is the primary application that administers all of your Copy Control and Print Management needs.  Wintrax 3 keeps track of the user account codes, contains customizable reports and interfaces with other programs that Atrix offers such as Print Accounting Management (PAM) and a new product offering that allows Wintrax 3 to export data into TriMin Systems, Inc. accounting and billing applications.  

SQL Database

The Wintrax  3 program relies on a robust SQL database from Inprise Corporation aptly named InterBase.  The InterBase software allows for full ODBC connectivity.  This gives users the flexibility to export the data to a variety of software packages including Microsoft© Excel and Microsoft© Access

Reports

Wintrax 3 comes with a full set of standard reports that will allow you to generate both internal and external documents.  This includes billing information and escrow account data by company and even by individual users within each company.  The reports that are packaged with Wintrax 3 are the result of years of client feedback.

PAMA

The Print Accounting Management Add-On software package utilizes a program to interface with the Wintrax3 database, controls workstation access using its own screen saver installed on each monitored public work station and a spooler for routing print jobs to respective printers set up on the system. 

Printer Driver Independent

The most recent innovative enhancement to the PAMA system is its new ability to be unrestrained by printer driver revisions and types.  This greatly enhances the robustness of the system and allows the IT department to upgrade or change the printer drivers without having to worry about what will happen to the system.
