Wintrax 3 Transactional Copy Management System
Transactional Copy
Management can now be obtained with Atrix's Wintrax
3. This easy-to-use
software allows copy centers, legal offices or businesses to
easily maintain a database of monitors and USER ID numbers and run
reports for specific transactions. Wintrax 3 performs
transactions, copy control and meter counts through proprietary Windows
based software. Data collection is done by using an RS485
modem that continuously polls each monitor for current transactions.
Transactional Copy Management Highlights
- Each transaction includes who made copies, how many copies were made and
at what time. In addition, with some additional training of staff
the system can be configured to monitor 2 more levels of verification i.e.
to track who the copies were made for and for which project.
- Enhancements may be
entered directly into the keypad, such as number of
bindings, type of stock, etc.
- Unverified entries
are allowed when a particular account type is not known
or is greater then the maximum allowed.
- A full set of
reports may be generated, including meter reads, copy
control, and individual or all transactions for any time period.
- Data collection is
continuous (always polling).
Technical Specifications
- Higher-end desktop PC with Windows XP, 512 megs of RAM, 250 megs of hard drive space, RS485 modem,
modem for
PC Anywhere, and an Un-interruptible Power Supply (UPS).
- Since the software must
be running all the time, a dedicated computer is
recommended so copiers are always up to data with the most current
information.
- 30 copiers are allowed (with multi-port option, 60 are available)
- On-going support is suggested

or technical assistance via the telephone or internet.
