The Atrix International Print Revenue Management System (PRMS) is designed to allow Counties to capture all print revenue from public use. Within the Recorder/Registrar of Deeds office is a public area for researching and reproducing documents for commercial business purposes. The County is providing their customers with a virtual office of hardware and software products.  The Atrix PRMS solution gives the County the ability to completely account for and recover all printing revenue undertaken by these commercial users. Also a significant increase in revenue has always followed from the installation of the PRMS system.

Protecting Assets

Wintrax3, combined with PAMA, have and are becoming more mission critical revenue generators.  We believe that this deserves special attention in managing the entire system and its data.  Transparent database backups occur while users are actively using the system and typically are scheduled in the mornings.  For extra measure, again completely transparent to the users, the entire system (applications, data, reports, etc.) is saved typically once a week.  All of this is developed to be included within a useful Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) should the need arise.
