Graphically displays Idle, Running, Down, Suspended and
Over-Cycle Machines automatically
- Allows Multiple Plants to be viewed at the push of a button
- Any number of Windows users may have access to
viewing/updating the system through your network.
- Optional Pressure/Temp process notification identifies
instabilities quickly with visual and audible alarms.
- Monitor real time set-up times, downtime and scrap codes and
operator at the machine and MORE!
- Display of temperatures and pressure at the molding machine
- Optional ATRAX Alert LED board notifies you of Operator
requesting assistance, Extended Over-Cycle time, Temperature or
Pressure variance, Operator Assist and Downtimes.
Hardware Features:
- 32-bit processor with RS485 communication
- Eight, 12-bit analog inputs to read and report temperatures and
pressure
- Allows for paperless setups; archive/reuse set-up data
